Ricotta
Mozzarella
Garlic olive oil
Crimini, white and portobello mushrooms
Leeks
Using your favorite pizza dough, spread ricotta evenly, cover with mozzarella, distribute sliced mushrooms and leeks, sprinkle olive oil evenly.
